If you would like to return your package, please follow the simple steps below.

The return process

1. First, fill out the cancellation form.

   Please fill out and print the Cancellation Form and include it in the return package.

2. Create a return shipment.

   Take advantage of our discounted shipping rates through GLS parcel lockers and start the return process at this link: Start a return with GLS . Our details are pre-filled on the page, you just need to enter your own details.

3. Follow the 4 simple steps below, which are also listed on the GLS website:

   • - Enter the Sender's details, then send the order after accepting the terms and conditions!
   • - Prepare your package, ensuring its safety and appropriate dimensions!
   • - Please write the package ID you received after ordering on the package!
   • - Drop off your package at the GLS locker that is most convenient for you!
