Orders take 1-2 business days to process and delivery usually takes 4-7 business days. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number provided on the Order Tracking page.

Domestic transport

Free domestic delivery for orders over HUF 50,000.

1690 HUF shipping fee within 4-7 working days to a parcel point.

2690 HUF shipping fee with home delivery within 4-7 working days.

International shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country.

You have the option to cancel your order until the package has been handed over to the courier. Please contact us as soon as possible!

To cancel an order, please be sure to include your order number and email address in the message field.

We will process all cancellation requests received within one business day.

Shipping and Returns

Yes! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country.

We offer a 14-day return policy. Products must be in their original, new condition, with tags and packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective. The fastest way to exchange is to return the product and then purchase it again in the desired size or color.

Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will initiate the refund. Refunds will be made in the same way you purchased it and will usually be processed within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund by the 15th day, please let us know .

Rossi Fashion knitwear will stay beautiful for a long time if you follow the care instructions on the label. For most garments , machine wash at 30°C and air dry is recommended. To maintain quality and softness, avoid bleach and harsh detergents. For stubborn stains, gently remove them by hand with a mild soap.

We pride ourselves on our carefully selected materials. Our garments are made from a luxurious blend of wool, cotton and acrylic . We use more acrylic in our jackets for durability and wind resistance, while our sweaters and turtlenecks have a higher wool content for a soft, comfortable feel. You can find the exact material description on each product page.
